Working with a team of four, created a near 40 page document about how the trainees should be admitted to the programme. Established a new evaluation system with one colleague.

After being a scholar, engaged with 50 students during 10 days of stay and helped ease the process of new educators coming in the camp area.

After graduating from the programme, strengthened the foundation of visual identity via creating guidelines of design within the digital communications team.
